The Market Research Analyst will support the Market Research department's efforts to know the Owner and provide the Voice of the Customer to the business. The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external research efforts to support a variety of business areas. This position will be responsible for projects end-to-end, as well as provide support for existing ongoing research efforts. The Market Research Analyst will also research and develop detailed Owner and prospect profile reports as needed for ELT members; the development of the profiles will involve multiple internal and external resources. These profiles will better equip the ELT for meetings, networking opportunities, and/or events than the standard Owner profiles executed currently.
Develop and execute ad-hoc research efforts (surveys, interviews, roundtables, etc.) to support internal department initiatives. To include meetings with stakeholders to outline objectives, development of methodology, execution, analysis, and presentation of results.
Provide support of on-going, existing market research studies. To include updates to questions, when applicable, and ongoing reporting/presentations.
Provide support for crew research efforts, including the development of monthly surveys, analysis, and reporting.
Develop detailed Owner and prospect profile reports for ELT in preparation for meetings, networking events, and/or events.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
Types of Credentials/Licenses:
Related Work Experience: 2-4 years
Knowledge of market research principles and methodologies
Passionate advocate for the customer/Owner and the desire to bring their point of view into every conversation
Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts
Demonstrated ability to research information and provide clear and concise reports for leaders
Ability to interpret and analyze data and effectively communicate the story that the data tells to a variety of audiences
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills

Ability to use related computer programs with strong PC skills; advanced proficient in Excel and Power Point
